I have been working in the travel industry for 5 years and have loved every minute of it!

Can you share a memorable experience or a challenging booking you successfully managed?
One of the most rewarding experiences was planning a highly intricate 6-week holiday for clients, involving multiple destinations and many moving parts. I carefully curated a detailed itinerary designed to maximise their experience and ensure every aspect of the journey ran as smoothly as possible.
The clients returned and had the trip of a lifetime and surprised me with flowers, a thoughtful gesture of appreciation.
Travel planning can often involve complex logistics and unexpected challenges, so having the support of an experienced travel agent provides clients with reassurance and confidence throughout their journey. I pride myself on being able to guide clients through the process, proactively manage issues where needed, and help create seamless, memorable travel experiences.

What do you enjoy most about helping clients plan their trips?
I love travel, it’s something I am extremely passionate about & creating holidays for others is a dream I get to live every day! I get to be a small part of something that creates memories in their life and that they will forever remember that holiday! We travel not to escape life, but for life to not escape us.

Do you have a favourite New Zealand destination or travel experience that you recommend to travellers?
I love Queenstown! The mountains, the adventure, snow in the winter, my idea of a perfect holiday!
When I visited Queenstown, we did the Fly Cruise Fly to Milford & wow, it’s something I will remember forever. Flying through the ranges and then cruising through the sounds was breathtaking!

We have constant meetings with all our suppliers to stay updated on what’s new & I stay up to date with travel newsletters to keep current in what’s happening throughout the world.

What tips or advice do you have for travellers planning to visit New Zealand?
If it’s your first time going and you have minimal time, try to focus on one island, either the North or the South.
