Well organised. Lovely hotels. Great food. Best bus with so much leg room. Experienced driver with so much knowledge and tour leader with knowledge and expertise. All went according to plan including pick up and drop off at airport.

Read moreThis was a great holiday. I went on a 15-night adventure with my daughter. We had the most incredible time. Everything was so well organised for us. And great communication when our accommodation was changed. The whole trip was very enjoyable. The accommodation was good, all motel style rooms. The location of most motels were great, except for the Cable Court accommodation in Dunedin. We felt like we were in the middle of the Bronx haha. Overall, it was a great trip, and I’d recommend to book through New Zealand Holidays

Everything was well organized and a smooth trip. The scenery was beautiful and the extra features were amazing, except perhaps the Ice Bar. It would be better to do the gondola trip.

We needed more time at each town, 2 nights at each one meant only one day to explore the area. At least one extra night per town so you have 2 whole days to explore the area. Also include an option to upgrade motels and even the rental car.

Did not have any problems with anything. I would have preferred to have been asked what type of accommodations we would have liked. We had 2 nights in a "caravan" park that I would have preferred to have not been in. Otherwise all information was in the email we received. Just didn't know some of the information was a little more hidden.

Trip went very smoothly, everything that was booked happened with no issues. Had a fantastic time, would recommend this company. Some towns quite small and limited things to do in downtime but scenery always amazing and gave us some chill-out time. Loved it overall

Read moreThe itinerary provided was amazing, we added a few additional activities along the way however, the accommodation selection was about a 60% satisfaction rate. Regent of Rotorua I would perhaps not recommend as the standard they pride themselves on was not delivered, particularly with the state of the rooms we were allocated. All other accommodation options were fine, given our allocated budget, which allowed us to maximise on our activities. I would however, for future bookings, choose a more modern option if possible.
